That’s why our shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order with us. This ensures you have a clear and accurate breakdown of costs upfront and no surprises.
Unfortunately, due to Australia Post’s nationwide cost increases over the past year, we are unable to absorb the higher shipping fees for heavier orders sent to other States. Please know that we don’t make any profit from shipping and always strive to choose the most economical option available. These rates may change occasionally as we continue to refine and improve how we ship your goods to you.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can monitor its journey. If for any reason some of your boxes don’t arrive, please reach out to us right away so we can assist at hello@makemeiconic.com
We're committed to sustainability and do our best to use recycled boxes whenever possible. If your order arrives in a recycled box, know that it's all part of our effort to reduce waste and protect the planet! The boxes might not look pretty on the outside but they are beautiful on the inside and that’s what counts the most. You might see these stickers on our boxes.
